Home Buying Process
1)Choose Your Home
Your personal Debonaire Homes sales counselor will help you select the neighborhood and floor plan that meets your needs. Then a home site is chosen, and the building process is underway!
2)Complete the Paperwork
Your Sales Counselor will prepare a Purchase Agreement that contains all of the details regarding your new home and home site. Your lender will provide a Commitment Letter that says you are ready to begin construction of your new home!
3)Meet Your Superintendent
You will meet with your Project Superintendent to review the plans and details of your new home. This important meeting allows you to ask any questions and get to know the Superintendent who will oversee the building of your home. He will be your contact throughout the process regarding the specifics of your construction.
4)Prepare for Closing
As your home approaches completion, your Superintendent will meet with you on-site to ensure your home is ready for closing. You will receive confirmation of the closing date and location from our Closing Department. Then, our Customer Service Manager will schedule a Home Demonstration Tour just prior to closing.
